Our aim is to make the whole moving process as easy and stress free as possible, help and advice is available every step of the way to ensure our clients achieve this.

Our staff are dedicated, focused and integral to the development of our business, whilst the Management has the vision and leadership to continue to provide innovative selling mediums to market properties.

The journey we embark on with our clients when selling their home is a partnership, and being fully in control of our business allows us to be flexible in tailoring a package to suit individual needs. Valuing and marketing advice are free and without any obligation.

We are a ‘One Stop Shop’ and aim to provide value for money in a number of areas of buying and selling a property, with estate agency skills linked to expert and qualified Mortgage advisers from North East Financial Services.

The initial mortgage consultation is free. North East Financial Services will charge a broker fee starting from £795.00, payable on application. The amount charged is dependent on the amount of research and administration that is required.
